There seems to be a misunderstanding, or at least a lack of clarity, about the new law banning the sale of puppies, kittens, and bunnies in NY pet stores. I asked A LOT of questions about how  to be in compliance with the law after the store closed and set up the business accordingly, but I am now being told that I can no longer offer advertising and delivery services for our local breeders to reach this community with their beautiful puppies. 

I hope, after a deeper review, the state will recognize that I followed the guidance I was given, and I am in full compliance with the law. I did the right thing for 7 years by never importing a single puppy from out of state because I wanted to see where the puppies came from with my own eyes. I thought that standard was being rewarded and I could legally work as an independent contractor for the breeders to advertise and deliver their puppies for this community, but as of today (May 14th, 2026) and until further notice, this website can no longer display or sell any puppies. 

It has been an honor to serve this community and I wish you the best of luck finding your furbaby. Please be careful about sending money to people you do not know. Never use gift cards or Western Union. Every week I hear more stories about people getting scammed, and I want everyone to stay safe.
